We’re pleased to share that Cougar Capital Management has successfully closed the Addison Portfolio, a 701-unit independent living senior housing portfolio in the Greater Rochester, NY market.

The portfolio was acquired for $71 million and represents a meaningful expansion of our senior housing platform. With this closing, Cougar Capital now owns and operates 12 senior housing communities in Rochester, reinforcing our long-term commitment to the market.
